Our client, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry,requires a QA Supervisor
Start: 24/6
Length of the mission: Replacement maternity leave - 3 months
Location: Wavre
QA Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Master key QA activities related to the Quality System: ensure thein-place/in use of the systems
- Writes and coordinates Quality Contracts established with ThirdParties/Drug Depots/Service Providers
- Ensures consistency with other quality systems
- Ensures criticals topics are adequately and timely escalated tohigher management
- Provide Quality System expertise support to QA and Production teams
- Contributes to local and/or transversal improvement projets to ensurecompliance level is maintained in line with cGMP and the client'sstandard requirements
- Proactively identifys potential quality systems risks and managethese risks
- Support preparation of Quality Council by up-dating KPI
Requirements:
- University degree (Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry or Pharmacy),
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA
- Experience in Quality System Management is an asset
- Operational Excellence Certification is an asset
- Able to use risk analysis method in order to establish the linkbetween critical product attributes, critical process parameters andcontrol parameters
- Good interpersonal relationship skills, able to build strongrelationships, to influence, to drive and enable change and to develop& engage collaborators
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and in English
- Problem solving and achievement oriented
