Online Channel Analyst/Specialist required to join our financial services client in Edinburgh on a 6 month contract basis.
The Channels Analyst will provide expertise in relation to eCommerce and online banking, will undertake research and analysis and be a key contributor to the development and management of the online services.
The selected candidates should have experience of the following
* Online Channels Analysis, Reporting and Improvement
* Online Security process within financial services
* Channel Performance Analysis
* Develop online services processes
* Service monitoring, improvement and testing, including acting as an escalation point for issues and complaints
* Ensure compliance with regulatory process
* Service forecasting
* Scheduling for implementation
