Description
As a preferred supplier to this highly respected Government Department, I would be very interested in talking to intermediary to senior level Applications Project Managers who ideally have knowledge of Release Management practices.
This outstanding initial six month contract role (with good prospects of continuity) will suit enterprise level candidates with Project Management Certification (with Prince 2 the preferred option).
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage external suppliers in the design, build and implementation life cycle through the release implementation process.
- Working with internal teams to ensure timely, effective and efficient releases to meet the business strategies and objectives.
- Manage any conflicts to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Balancing project team resources between project priorities and operational activities.
Candidates with a financial services background would be highly regarded for this one although this is by no means mandatory.
