We have an opportunity for an Experienced Business Analyst to work for a large IT company in Dublin.
You will be responsible for all aspects of change management on a client project delivery focused on Contact Centre Change. Change Management is focused on helping clients successfully plan for and manage the business change associated with project delivery.
Skills required and responsibilities:
* Change management experience (ideally with call centre)
* Business Stakeholder management
* Communication planning and delivery
* Training needs analysis and planning
* Business readiness
* Process design/lead
* Strong working knowledge of the technology project development life cycle
