Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. the role will be responsible for leading the development of a culture that promotes staff productivity by improving business processes.
The successful applicant must display core competencies in a mature business processing environment and possess excellent communication and liaison skills at all levels including senior management.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- Development of business requirements for project documents.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to current processes by performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses;
- Identify dependencies, transitions and integration points with preceding and downstream processes to understand overall benefits, challenges and impacts;
- Liaise with internal business clients to understand their current processes;
- Prepare business process mapping documents (eg use cases, flowcharts and requirements specifications);
- Project management.
- Be a strong team player capable of providing high quality services to clients.
Neccessary skills required:
- Experience in re-engineering policy, procedures;
- Business and functional requirements gathering, documentation and signoff
- Strong written and verbal communications skills;
- High organisational skills and ability to multi-task at once in order to meet demanding deadlines.
Our client strongly prefers applicants with a current BASELINE clearance (minimum) Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance will also be considered
