Job Description:
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Loading OS system software and data transfer. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Reports to a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience in a deskside support role
-Experience with upgrades or migrations preferred
-Ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment
-Ability to work in a team environment and capable to work independently
-Ability to lift 40 LBS
-Have a reliable means of transportation to travel between various customer locations
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills
-A+ certification preferred
