Leading software solution company is looking to hire a Technical Support IT Field Engineer for a rolling contract.

(Mileage & Expenses Allowance)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use his/her technical systems knowledge for the resolution of customer queries, managing each query through to resolution.

You will assist senior engineering staff with the analysis, design and installation of new technology solutions. You will be responsible for providing support services for clients' systems and networks to operating system level. You will participate in an on-call rotation for round the clock support coverage.

Minimum Experience Required:
2-3 years relevant experience
