With offices throughout continental Europe, Ireland and the UK, my client offers local investors a complete range of financial service across the investment spectrum, including investment servicing, investment research and trading and investment management.

Based within Procurement Services, this role takes responsibility for extending the use of an existing Perfect Commerce Procurement Ordering System - currently only used in IT, across all other departments and locations. You'll be prepared to invest time with the system vendor and in house support teams to ensure full understanding of the Perfect Commerce system and understand the opportunities and constraints which exist. You'll be expected to develop and execute a plan to implement the system successfully, please note there is potential that this role may be extended and may possibly become permanent in the future.

A self-starter with good communication and presentation skills, you'll have solid experience of dealing with stakeholders and managing their expectations. With a focus on implementation, you'll take responsibility for communications and training material to ensure optimal awareness, understanding and ultimately the adoption of the system. A minimum of 2-3 years of Procurement experience, ideally gained within a Financial, Banking or Accounting industry is essential, together with experience of rolling out Oracle or similar p2p system.
