We are pleased to recruit an exciting new opportunity as an Implementation Manager for the new Digital Company delivered by Arch. This is a new post to manage the Digital Economy Innovation and Growth Programme, including managing the capital roll out of superfast broadband in Northumberland and monitoring the delivery of the Digital Economy Centre for Excellence and Digital Inclusion Growth Fund.The post will require the candidate to lead and manage the implementation of a high profile Digital Economy Innovation and Growth Programme, specifically manage the capital implementation of a large highly complex NGA network deployment, act as a key interface in the programme office between the ERDF programme roll out and wider iNorthumberland Broadband Projects, and maintain an effective understanding of wider ERDF and other business support schemes. The candidate will also be required to provide flexible support to the Arch Board in the development and delivery of core projects and preparation of further funding bids to support the successful delivery of the Digital Economy Programme.
The candidate needs to be educated to degree level with relevant professional qualifications, have knowledge of European and national funding regimes and applicable regulations, at least three years' experience of project/programme management either in the public or private sectors and a proven track record in the management of funding regimes.
