CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST - E-TRADING - LONDON
My client, a leading Financial Services provider, requires a Client Services Analyst to join their eClients services team based in London. eClients services is a key area of growth and focus in Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange with strong defined processes. The team is accountable for managing the E-commerce client onboarding process.
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of the role is to assist in all E-commerce activities for Fixed Income and Rates products. This is not an IT Support role but a client services role with some good IT skills.
You will be responsible for onboarding clients on eTrading platforms, mapping, reconciliation and resolution of any e-trading issues. You will also monitor and follow up with any limit/legal issues.
You will closely liaise with internal and external clients, Sales and Trading teams, Vendors and IT
You will be expected to contribute to writing up procedures on processes and continuous improvement, initiatives etc.
Core Skills required:
- Working under standing IRS, Bonds front to back trade flow
- Ability to prioritise daily workload in a pressurised environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of TradeWeb, Fidessa, Bloomberg, Bondvision
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Bonds, IRS pre-trading onboarding and troubleshooting within a Wholesale/Corporate Financial institution
RATE: £400 per day
