Description
A Software Developer is required by a global leading technology organisation on a contract basis. As the successful Software Developer you will contribute to the continued development of the organisations existing product portfolio. You will be involved with software application development, debugging and supporting the design team.Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Development of new and existing debugger support features
- Performance and process improvement
Required Skills
- Strong and demonstrable C/C++ programming and Object Orientated techniques
- Record developing for different Operating Systems, including Microsoft Windows and Linux both 32 & 64 bit
- Software Engineering experience, including requirements analysis, design and implementation
- Knowledge of Application Software and Debugger`s
- Experience in a software debugger product development
- Experience of using GDB / GDB Server
- Knowledge of simulations and simulating systems within a software environment
- Experience of working with Microsoft Visual Studio, VC++, STL, GCC
- Experienced in the writing of parallel or distributed software
Nice to have Skills
- Development under Agile
- Understanding of CPU architecture, CPU simulator design, compiler technology
