My client a leading Multinational company based in Kerry has an immediate vacancy for 2x Security Analyst
The Role: As security Analyst you will work as part of the IT security team reporting to the head of security. The successful candidates will be bright, confident with a good work ethic and great attention to detail
Duties
- Work closely with your Information Security team and manage the flow of requests for data and information.
- Working with relevant internal IT applications, infrastructure and support teams to assist in building appropriate secure data warehouse repositories
- Undertake regular monitoring of activities to ensure that the business is compliant with all applicable regulations, codes and industry guidance.
- Implement techniques to ensure that endpoint and server security controls are working effectively.
- Completion of information security engagements
- Risk assessments
- Gap analysis reviews
- Security architecture review and design
- Assist the CISO and ISO in controlling IT security related incidents
- Conducting physical and technical security audits of 3rd party sites
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of relevant Information Security regulatory requirements, codes and industry guidance, including a good knowledge of ISACA audit controls, Sarbanes Oxley controls, data protection, and financial regulations.
- Experience in an IT Audit role preferably with a CISA qualification
- Having understanding in IT related frameworks such as COBIT.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work within stringent timeframes.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills.
- Strong team player.
Salary:
€28,000-€30,000 + Package
