100% Remote CQ5 DeveloperJob Description:
A digital advertising agency based out of New York City, specializing in sports and entertainment, is seeking a CQ5 Developer for a 100% remote position. This full time opportunity requires NO travel, just the ability to work core business hours and join conference calls.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with the following: WCMs (Adobe CQ5 is ideal but if not Alfresco and Apache Lenya will suffice; Java technologies ( Java, jsp, mvc, Spring); and proficiency with core CQ frameworks such as Apache Sling or Apache Felix. Also, this developer needs 2-3 years of web content management system experience working with one or more CMS packages, specifically Adobe CQ5 version 5.3 and above, or Alfresco and Apache Lenya.
A solid understanding of Java combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate is also required. A background within digital media or advertising is a plus.
