Ayan Infotech has an exciting opportunity for a Sharepoint Developer/Administrator to take up an initial 6 month part time contract opportunity in Melbourne.
Working on a support project for the customer and reporting into the Project Manager, the primary objective of this role is to deliver specific project support defined by the Team Lead; Work responsibility includes onsite customer support for .NET applications and Sharepoint implementations, change request development & configuration updates, customer enquiry support, issues and problem resolutions.
Duties will include:
- SharePoint Intranet L2 support
- Project server and various workflow tool support
- Liaise with Service Desk (who controls access management)
- Change management and complex configuration issues
- Accountable to the TL, Project Manager or designate on work progress and schedule to meet agreed deadline
- Support responsibility
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues reported;
- Configuration updates to address issues where necessary
Skill set required:
- Skills -Sharepoint 2010, Project server and various workflow tools
- Ability to understand, diagnose and resolve problems fast
- Ability to make changes/hands-on updates to resolve problem
