CDM Coordinator deliverable Duties

Direct Responsibility for Production - Documentation containing information produced by the CDMC

Determine application of CDM to Survey works etc.

Produce a pre construction information document signposting to where the information is retained on the Client owned and managed Livelink electronic repository.

Produce a H&S file lead document which signposts to documentation that is to be retained as part of the CDM H&S file. Ensure the occupier receives the key documents for purposes of CDM - Peripheral information to be prepared, produced and collated by others in the Principal Contractor's organisation.

Maintain a Project specific summary log of key events and duty holder appointment changes during the scheme. (TP137)

Chair a Safety Rules & CDM Arrangement meeting, pre construction information (PCI) review & hand over meeting to all identified duty holder parties where parties are known - If the mandatory attendees are not all available then a discretionary decision can be made by the CDMC - this is a risk based decision.

Monitor that the Livelink document management system is utilised correctly inform duty holders of shortcomings
