RequirementsManage our QA teams, both onshore and offshore
Work with Engineering Managers to ensure on-time delivery of high quality features
Guide the growth of our QA framework and plan for scalability
Lead and mentor QA engineers into a successful team
Contribute to improving the overall software engineering standards and practices
Responsibilities
Bachelors degree or greater in Computer Science, EE or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering large scale web based applications
Strong record of delivering high quality software projects on time and on budget using agile practices
Record of mentoring QA Engineers
Experience managing the selection and adoption of high-level automates tools
Must have a digital health background
