Real Staffing are looking for an Medical HR Manager for an interim role based in the NHS in London.In this role you'll be responsible for the creation and management of rotas, junior doctors rotation, attendance at LNC as well as supporting the job planning process, revalidation and delivery on job planning, appraisal and additional payments.
Ideal candidates will have worked in the NHS and have experience of management of a Medical Staffing team, and in recruitment.
