Mid-Level Front Office Developer

Salary: £50-70K + banking benefits and bonus

Location: London City

A leading global top tier Investment bank based in London, are looking for a permanent Mid-level Front Office Developer, to work within their growing Fixed Income team to support and develop cross asset class systems.

You will be part of a global team, working on key strategic build-out of systems and applications, and have responsibility for the full Software Development lifecycle. The Mid-level Front Office Developer will have exposure to multiple areas of the business, so you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your business knowledge, whilst liaising with Developers, Project Managers and Traders.

Skill Set:

-Front Office experience

-in-depth core Java or C++ background

-strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve

-strong personal drive for ownership and responsibility

-an ambition to lead and mentor more junior levels of developers

-Enterprise Systems experience

-willingness to learn and pick up new skills quickly

This would be an ideal role for someone who wants to progress their career, with the ambition to lead a team, and increase their business knowledge. You must come from a strong development background within a Front Office role, however this role would also be suitable for a Developer who wants more experience across asset class.
