Description
Channel Director - Unified Communications - 70-80k (OTE, bens)This key role will be responsible for leading the Sales Channel Development team in developing the existing Channel Partners and recruiting new partners. In doing so you will have the ability to create your own team and lead them using your previous experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of the unified communications or telecommunications industry.
* Previous experience running a sales team for a manufacturer in the telecommunications market.
* Great communication and presentation skills
* Proof of formulating a unique channel value proposition based on competitive
positioning and channel value creation
* Proven track record of on boarding new channels
* Ensure channel account managers are set up on a regular basis - improving productivity and output.
* Work closely with marketing to develop channel programs, sales tools
and effective communication channels to our business partners
* Recruit, train and coach the team to create a high energy and industry
leading sales team.
* Focus heavily on recruiting and on boarding new channels and developing
existing channels.
* Forecast and report on channel performance.
