Channel Director EMEA (Unified Comm) £70-80k + OTE + CarMy clients are global leaders in unified communications and are now recruiting for an experienced Channel Director to help increase their market share further. With their network of over 4,000 partners they are able to provide excellent unified communications solutions that deliver great user experience and fantastic ROI.
If you are interested in joining their 2000 strong team then you should have the following experience:-
- Experience of planning and executing a channel strategy set at country level
- Experience of managing a EMEA channel team, providing motivation and assistance
- Experience of achieving business and marketing plans as set with channel partners.
- Experience of completing analysis of channel performance
- Experience of creating and executing business plans to ensure targets are met,
- Ability to devise seminars, training and mail outs for partners working alongside them to deliver these.
- Ability to forecast pipeline accurately
Essential Background:-
- Sales experience in a unified communications environment
- Several years in indirect sales experience with proven experience in channel management with one tier and two tier distribution
- Experience across the entire sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
