SERVICE MANAGER

With offices throughout continental Europe, Ireland and the UK, my client offers local investors a complete range of financial service across the investment spectrum, including investment servicing, investment research and trading and investment management.

Working with a 3rd party who are responsible for the EMEA Windows support operations, you'll take responsibility for organising Service Delivery meetings with major stakeholders, providing governance and looking at ways to improve service, record progress and work with the PMO to highlight any issues. You'll look at promoting a culture of continuous improvement working with the Global Windows Service Manager on global initiatives and audit controls - monitoring risk.

Essential skills and experience include;
Management of a 3rd party support service
An understanding of Windows technology concepts in a large computing environment
Audit & Risk controls
Excellent communication skills - building relationships
Fast paced environment
Process trend analysis & Excel skills for data manipulation

A3 lean RCA is desirable.
