5-10 years Object Oriented Web design and development using ASP, HTML, WCF, JQuery, JavaScript and XML using VS2008 and VS
3+ years Client Server development using VB
4+ years coding VB.NET and ASP.NET, or C# - but will code only in VB.NET
3+ years designing Object Oriented systems using UML and Agile.
5+ years SQL Server Side programming including SSRS, stored procedure, view, and DTS/SSIS package creation using Microsoft SQLServer 2005, 2008R2.
5-10 years writing technical specifications and user documentation
5-10 years analysing and designing complex computer systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
