SAP Service Desk/Helpdesk Agent (junior) needed for a one year contract near Aalst, Belgium.

If you are junior and have experience as a helpdesk/service desk agent or 1st and 2nd line SAP support this opportunity may be for you.

This role requires a fluent English and French speaker, although Dutch would also be an advantage.

Experience in SAP SD MM is required - you will be trained further to increase your knowledge.

This role can either start ASAP or in September depending on our availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • First level support for Key Users.
  • Creating Training documents.
  • Translating business needs to consultants.
  • Give Training.
  • Guarantee growth of Data Knowledge Base.
  • Back up for key users..
  • Intermediate between key users and consultants.

Tasks

  • Help Key users via phone/mail in order to get problems solved.
  • Assist Key users in communicating correctly towards consultant.
  • Translate business issue into more technical SAP language.
  • Follow up on going issues and guarantee minimum leadtime.
  • Assist consultants on problem solving.
  • Provide necessary training manuals.
  • Organize training sessions on new topics.

You must be eligible to work in Belgium. Visa applications will not be considered for this opportunity.
