Sales Support/Team Administrator - Slough - Temp to Perm
Fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support/Team Administrator/PA to join a leading telecommunications company in Slough. This is initially a 3 month contract with the potential of a permanent position after. You need to be immediately available as this role will be starting next week.
Working in the Bid/Legal team, you will be providing administration and project support, responsible for providing admin and bid support including
- Provide expert support for team on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems eg. POs in Oracle.
- Provide accurate documentation, actions, minutes etc to support agreed routine department meetings - Manage approval processes, governance and filing of Non Disclosure Agreements, contracts and other pricing approvals.
- Maintain a working calendar for the department to maximise an efficient service to the Business.
- Provide administrative support to the Director and team as required.
- Manage small projects, working cross-functionally to develop the project plan, and deliver against it
- Take responsibility for maintenance of shared drive. Control access and standards of use. Educate
colleagues in effective and efficient disciplines.
- Set and maintain high standards for the working environment.
- Provide first-line response to support business queries by managing the department mailbox and
responding to phone queries.
- Coordinate detailed and accurate responses from within the team.
To be suitable for this role you will:-
- Be results driven, detail-oriented, structured and organised with a proven track record

- Experience of coordinating activity in a busy customer facing support function, maintaining project
plans and processes.
- Excellent Word, and PowerPoint skills, and good Excel skills. A real eye for aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills, is proficient in planning, organising and managing projects within
tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement can successfully engage and influence multiple stakeholders with
different needs and points of view.
