Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on customer requirements and industry trends, research spare parts service business model, plan and design spare parts service product Portfolio and product structure; instruct the development of spare parts service product/product module, design of pricing strategy to ensure product successful in business;
2. 'support big SPMS/MV-SPMS bidding projects when necessary, design end-to-end spare parts service solution, communicate with high/middle-level customer the solution and clarify the key issues to ensure the success of the project;
3. Referring to the industry benchmark, guide the plan of Global/Regional Spare Parts Centre and the design of its operation model; establish Global/Regional SPMS&MV-SPMS resource and ability centre to improve the brand and competitiveness of Huawei spare parts product;
4. Responsible for the training of sales expert and delivery expert of spare parts service.

Job Requirements:
1. Industry experience: Being in telecom maintenance or managed service area for 10+ years, among which, 5+ years should be concerned with the telecom spare parts service, MV-SPMS experience in competitors is preferable;
a)With successful SPMS(MV included)project end-to-end solution design, big project expansion and delivery experience is preferable;
2. Language competence: Fluent in English speaking and writing, English as working language;
3. Education: Bachelor or above, Electron communication and Computer Science specialty are preferred;
4. Work Background: Work experience in advanced competitors like Ericsson, NSN, ALU, IBM, Accenture is preferable;
5. Personal ability: With strategic and considerate mind, customer-oriented, good initiative and good communication skills which can influence the high/middle level customer, accept global work assignments/business trip (short-term).
