We are urgently seeking a Korean speaking Database Administrator for a permanent role in Weybridge
Job Synopsis

Operate and implement all Operational ICT infrastructure and procedures. Ensure that the Operational requirements of all other ICT, Service and Business Management processes are satisfied. Perform the day-to-day management and operation of all ICT infrastructure processes. Ensure that the Company Security Policies are adhered to and ensure Security Management procedures are adhered to. Provide Second-Line support to the Service Desk and Incident Management on Operational incidents. Installation and configuration, operation of Database.Creating and maintaining accurate documentation. Customer liaison to determine their IT requirements.

Technical Requirements

Experience in IBM DB2 on UNIX (essential).

Experience in Oracle DBMS, MS SQL Server, MySQL

Experience in SAP Basis Administration

Knowledge of UNIX, Windows server

Knowledge of database, applications implementation

3 years plus experience in the Information Technology world.

Person Specification

Bilingual in Korean & English.

Must hold a full driving license and have own car for possible Emergency call outs.

Must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.

Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.

Self started, able to work under own initiative.

Good documentation skill

Good team player.

Flexible to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Quick to respond.

Excellent verbal and written communication skill are required.

Well presented, professional and dedicated.

Frequent availability for out-of-hours work.

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
