Freelance PowerCenter Developers/Belgium/Turnhout/7 months/market rates/ASAP
Dear Professional,
For a respected MNE client of Square and their Data Services and Business Intelligence department, Square One Resources is urgently looking for experienced Freelance PowerCenter Developers to strengthen our clients team.
The Professionals I am looking for have the following responsibilities:
-Environment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s):
-Windows OS
-Informatica PowerCenter 9.1 (Designer, Workflow Monitor, Workflow Manager, Repository Manager)
-Oracle 11 R2 (SQL, PL/SQL, Performance Tuning)
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
-Development of ETL for the Envision project (data warehouse and data marts) using Informatica Powercenter.
-Coach for the other developers regarding Oracle issues; liaison to the Oracle DBAs.
-Maintainer of common (reused) Oracle code in the Data Services and Business Intelligence team.
-Proactively suggest reusable elements and ways of working.
-Participate in Oracle/PowerCenter design/code reviews.
Technical profile requirements:
-Development and implementation of warehouse solutions in Informatica PowerCenter (+5 years), most recent experience not older than 1 year.
-Oracle PL/SQL, Performance Tuning (+3 years), most recent experience not older than 1 year.
-Data Vault experience (+1 year), most recent experience not older than 1 year
Non-Technical profile requirements:

- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Methodology/Certification requirements
- Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional certification is a plus
-Language proficiencies: - English spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
