Job Description:
Provide DSS reporting coverage for UHS. Assistance is requested for generating Crystal Reports and SQL queries

We are to assist with the backlog of reports that the customer has identified. The OPS resource will gather the specifications, act as a liaison to our Tier 2 individual who will then pass the specifications onto our builders who will create the reports.
They will seek and get validation from the customer on our completed work.
Mentor the two new hires on what courses and skills they need for report building. Our goal is to help them become report writers.
Serve as a mentor to the new hires and answer questions about Crystal Reports and our DSS Dimensional model.
Act as the primary contact for the organization until a new primary contact can be identified and hired
Skill Sets:
Knowledge of Soarian DSS Dimensional Model
Knowledge of INVISION Patient Accounting, INVISION Patient Management, and Soarian Scheduling as those are the key feeder systems into DSS
Knowledge of Crystal Reports
Good written and verbal communication skills
