Experience:

Excellent experience conducting projects in a functional and technical environment similar to the one of the project.

Experience/knowledge:

Mandatory:

  • Is able to seek out information relevant to the project(s) from available documentation (in house and outside) and from qualified staff.
  • Is able to manage a project, keeping within deadlines and costs while achieving the quality objectives laid down.
  • Is familiar with the budgetary rules regarding projects.
  • Is able to use office automation tools to present a project and ensure it is dealt with.
  • Is able to identify the users and decision-makers involved in a project.
  • Is able to prepare and conduct working meetings with a view to effectiveness.

You will take responsibility for different projects in terms of Project Management with regard to the Project Ownership and its hierarchy, monitoring and satisfactory completion for a medium-scale project or subsystem of a large-scale project (> 8 people).

As IT Delivery Manager, you will:-

  • Identify the various Project Management stakeholders, conducting and planning their work.
  • Organise and run project teams within the framework of rules laid down.
  • Ensure allocated budgets are adhered to.
  • Detail and formalise requirements.
  • Write or have others write instructions and -validate them.
  • Supervise and validate acceptance based on acceptance conditions which he/she will have defined.

Required Languages: French, Dutch and English

Required knowledge/experience:

Education & Soft skills:

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude.
  • Good Communication and Influencing skills.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Autonomy, commitment and perseverance.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
  • Flexible, accurate & control minded.

Behavioural skills:

  • Is goal-oriented: ability to promote a project and carry others along with him/her.
  • Is organised, methodical and rigorous.
  • Is able to work in a team (motivating and listening abilities).
  • Is able to make decisions.
