The individual will help analyse the implementation and governance of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Solvency II Own Risk Self-Assessment (ORSA) process
A qualified candidate will work closely with Risk to implement the Basel II ICAAP and ORSA Project Plan through a series of workshops. The candidate will provide regular ICAAP updates to the Board and support to the business for new business and product initiatives.
*ICAAP Implementation (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process)
*Finance management and analysis
*Regulatory reporting
*Basel, Solvency II Own Risk Self-Assessment (ORSA)
*FSA standards
*Design, develop and present ICAAP workshops
*Pillar 2 and Pillar 3 documentation.
*ACCA/CIMA and/or equivalent.
*Advanced knowledge of Basel II
