Description
My Medical Device client located inSouthern Californiais currently hiring an electrical engineer on a contract basis.This position will be responsible for designing and developing components, electronic packaging, electrical circuitry and other systems used in finished medical device equipment. Additionally, this position will be held responsible for the following actions:
- Sustain legacy products throughout their lifecycle
- Work with R&D Engineering Group to bring products into production
- Work with cross functional teams to identify, capture, document and verify improvements for identified problem areas
- Contributes to and participates in design reviews
- Convert leaded components/PCBAs to RoHS compliant components/PCBAs
