? Perform Field Service commissioning and trouble-shooting of the radar-based level gauging system hardware and software products.
? Provide regular communication, feedback, and status updates to the Service Manager.
? Provide customers and sales with technical direction and/or project management
? Able to travel extensively and work over-time.
? Travel or out of office work is estimated at 50% of the time, consisting of assignments, 2-5 days at a time.
? Customer satisfaction through commitment to quality and safety.
? Identify technical problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems and deliver product solutions to customers
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Preferably 2+ years of Field Service or 3+ years industry (Industrial, energy, and/or oil & gas) experience.
? Two- to four-year technical degree in Electronics (AAS, BSEE) or equivalent military experience as determined by the Service Manager.
? Technical knowledge controls systems.
? Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
? Electronics trouble shooting skills. Hands-on approach
? Strong computer skills and network skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and write English
? Possess a valid driver's license and have or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
? Possess or able to obtain a valid TWIC card
