CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OPERATIONS - CLIENT ON-BOARDING - WEALTH MANAGEMENT - PRIVATE BANKINGAn opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Representative to join a leading Wealth Management organization based in London. The role will involve joining a recently established Client Service Team that will be responsible for managing client relationships across a large scale Wealth Management Programme.
KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- On-Boarding client accounts
- Providing customer service to Financial Advisers and Private Bankers
- Navigating Financial Advisers through various documents, pricing and processes
- Assessing paperwork for special asset re-registrations
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Client Services experience
- Knowledge of Back Office operations including security and cash movements, pricing and trusts
- A good understanding of Client On-Boarding requirements
- Experience gained working within the Wealth Management/Private Banking space
- Excellent written and verbal communication
This is an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Representative, who has experience working within the Wealth Management and Private Banking space to take on a challenging and rewarding role where you will gain exposure working with a variety of clients and account types. Successful candidates will be confident in their ability to learn new systems and processes very quickly and must be able to cope with working under pressure when tight deadlines have to be met.
