Description
Responsibilities- Provide GxP guidance to facility personnel
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for GxP and Quality applications
- Execute GxP and Quality training across sites
- Create and maintain training content and training requirements in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Develop an effectiveness verification process for required training
- Maintain system administrative functions for the Learning Management System
- Manage training curricula to comply with regulatory requirements
- Maintain system administrative functions for the Learning Management System
- Maintain operational administrative functions for the Learning Management System (150+ employees)
- B.S. in a scientific discipline or equivalent
- Training experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, medical device or healthcare industry is desired
- Knowledge of cGMP and ICH guidelines
- Ability to work with internal functional groups to ensure training compliance
- Excellent verbal communication skills
