CRM Project Manager, B2C, B2B, Email Marketing CampaignsWe are urgently seeking a CRM Project Manager for an EU Roll out project.
This role will be based in Weybridge and extensive travel to Europe based on project location. ( up to 50% of project )
The position will be to develop and support our clients customers on B2C & B2B area as well as increase "Digital Experience" on consumer platform. This role will require communication at all levels and travel across Europe.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Devise and implement the company's CRM strategy to drive repeat business.
Improve customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee and analyses customer communications including promotions and campaigns, customer retention and cross selling.
Devise new strategies and database marketing programs to gain maximum revenue from the existing customer base.
Working closely with Design and Development teams to ensure the end product is of high quality.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion
Coordination of collaborative CRM activities with other managers in group companies
Managing the Application and Marketing Service Providers
KEY COMPETENCIES:
The CRM manager must have;
Demonstrable hands-on experience in CRM marketing in a high-volume B2C & B2B environment
Hands on experience in creating Email Marketing Campaigns from concept through to copywriting and delivery.
Understand how CRM Marketing fits in with the rest of the company's marketing plans.
Understand what effects deliverability and how to improve it.
Be a hands-on person who is very delivery driven and goes the extra mile to get things done.
Experience in an information-based CRM environment
Practical experience managing customer-driven change programme
Collaborative team leadership
Goal-oriented project management
Client facing, and must have experience handling stakeholder
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for full system.
Largely autonomous role and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and within the business.
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
Good internal Knowledge on work flow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well presented, professional and dedicated
Must be prepared to travel to customer sites
