SAP HCM Consultant - JAPANESE SPEAKING
eurpeople's customer, a global leading organisation is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join their on going assignment in Tokyo, Japan.
The chosen candidate will be required to have proven experience within SAP HCM including previous experience of configuration, customisation, rollout and project life cycle implementations.
- Around 6 Yrs + in SAP both HCM on implementation projects with experience of the main modules OM (Organizational Management), PA (Personnel Administration), P Y (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time Management )
- Experience on at least 2 full life cycle implementations in a functional or technico-functional consultant role or in a PM role
- Demonstrated functional expertise on HCM modules, ability to advise client on implementation best-practices.
- Ability to perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design, recommend and implement solutions to the customer. In-depth knowledge of Japan statutory requirements
- Strong communicator, team worker, highly motivated and self-starter. Entrepreneurial mindset a plus
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and MUST SPEAK FLUENT JAPANESE & ENGLISH.
The customer WILL NOT consider candidate(s) who DO NOT possess a relevant passport that allows them to immediately travel to the project location. Candidates who require visas, work permits or sponsorship need not apply.
