A contract job as a Service Desk Manager with one of Ireland's leading service providers based in Cork. As the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the service desk.

You should have at least 4 years + experience as a Service Desk Manager providing reports, KPI's and SLA's. You will ensure IT Service Continuity as well as acting as the go to person between IT, IT Service providers and the Users. You will be required to participate in an on call rosters also.
