We need an SAP Loyalty Management expert in order to come up with a working solution for eVouchers.
This will be in combination with Convergent Charging (part of BRIM) and Convergent Mediation. For CC and CM we have consultants who are foreseen to come onsite next week for a 2-day workshop to start off with. So the Loyalty Management expert needs to come onsite those 2 days as well. From there on, flexibility is ok, but approximately half-time presence will be necessary for the coming weeks at least. Further activities in a real project after the POC are likely.
