SAP/IT Support Analyst - Finance and Shared Services - Manufacturing - EAST MIDLANDS £33,000- £35,000IT Support Analyst - Finance and Shared Services
You will be responsible for the delivery of IT systems and process support focusing specifically on the Finance and Shared Services function.
IT Finance and Shared Services Support Analyst Responsibilities:
*Support system users, resolving issued raised to Systems Support or IT Help desk
*Provide testing for IT Projects and Change
*Proactively analyse systems usage and requests to identify issues against systems standards
*Deliver small business change initiatives in partnership with the business
*Deal with issues and allocate activities to resolve them, escalating when appropriate
*Work with other IT and project teams to prepare the business for change, testing, training, and ongoing user support
*Support the ongoing training and development of system users
*Take action to proactively reduce support calls received
The Successful Support Analyst:
*Basic configuration skills in SAP and good knowledge of the FICO module (JDE is desirable)
*Problem and incident management skills are desirable
*Knowledge of HR Processes and Procurement is beneficial but not essential
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Strong problem solving skills with ability to use initiative effectively in situations
