Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation and work within a high profile program. This role sits within the Retail Banking division and the successful candidate will have relevant Retail Banking, Contact Centre or Mortgages experience from a business and customer perspective
The Business Analyst will responsible for:
- Procedures
- Training Plan/Materials/Logistics/Delivery
- Comms Materials/Briefing Packs
- UAT/Dress Rehearsal Support for program
- Ongoing management of scope change (resulting from CMRs)
- Hands-on implementation support, issue management and coaching
Key Requirements
- Senior Business Analyst
- Financial services experience (Ideally Retail, Mortgages, Branch or Contact Centre)
- Experience working on Business/customer related experience
