Service Delivery Manager - Back End Software License Management
With an immediate start for the right candidate, my client in the Netherlands requires a Service Delivery Manager for an initial 6 month contract through to December 2013, with possibility of extension.
Scope:
Manage a service providing the Software License Management Back End based on Flexera FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. The environment hosts and distributes software licenses to end-users, based on a concurrent license pool model. The service is also responsible for report generation on license usage.
Expectations:
The service is provided by a third party supplier through a managed service contract. The service delivery manager is expected to ensure that the supplier delivers according to agreed Service Levels and he/she is also expected to provide technical steer on best-practises to manage a Flexera environment.
Skills needed:
- At least 3 years of work experience as Service Delivery Manager - mandatory
- Preferably proven success in managing and improving supplier delivery performance
- Proven hands-on Technical expertise on managing or working in a software license management Back End environment - mandatory
- Skilled at process and data analysis - mandatory
- Preferably the environment was based on Flexera technology (FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications, FlexLM, Reprise, Sentinel)
- Preferably previous Shell experience
- Preferably experience in using Linux
