Network Support / 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support / Networking / Contract / Immediate Start / Support Engineer / Network Administrator / Network Engineer / Cisco Engineer / ASA / Firewalls / Routing / Switching / CCNA / CCNPI have a position for a Network Support Engineer who can start an initial 3 month contract based in Oldham ASAP. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with solid 2nd/3rd Line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. You will be responsible for providing Networking Support for the company.
To be considered for the post, you must have:
Minimum 2 years network troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, etc)
Administration and diagnostic skills on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2010
Experience with ASA Firewalls
Microsoft Windows XP, 7 and 8 operating systems
Windows Server
Microsoft Server Administration (Active Directory Management)
Backup Exec
DNS
IP Telephony
Excellent communication skills
This position is an initial 3 month contract but it is very likely to extend. The Rate is £145 - £160 negotiable dependant on experience.
