POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for an ETL Architect with experience on the IBM/Netezza platform. Our client is implementing driver-based planning for corporate enterprise performance management and is acquiring additional resources to make this possible. The Strategic Business Performance Management initiative is critical for evolving our client's understanding of their business analytics. This position will be responsible for defining the enterprise data warehouse model. Experience with data warehouse data modelling is essential. This is a new position with a global Fortune 500 company and the Data Architect will be joining a team of 30+ people.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- RDBMS - IBM/Netezza Platforms
- Star Schema Data Models/Normalized Data Model - Design
- Design/Development with ETL Tools - Business Objects Data Integrator or Informatica
- Design/Development with MOLAP/ROLAP/OLAP Tools - Business Objects or Microsoft
- Design/Development - Relational Reporting Tools - Business Objects or Microsoft
- Strong knowledge and experience in multi-dimensional data modelling and data warehouse design and concepts.
- Knowledge of the various data warehouse methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Full life cycle development of enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects
PREFERRED
- Familiarity with SharePoint 2010
