Financial Operator - Oil & Gas Organisation
An oil & gas organisation is looking to hire a Financial Operator ideally with experience in the oil & gas sector. You will be experienced with all AR/AP processes and have processed a high volume of invoices a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for month and quarter end reconciliations.
- Close monthly accounts identifying and analysing anomalies on the Balance Sheet.
- Process a high volume of trade invoicing, querying discrepancies with 3rd parties to agree on rates to be settled.
- Analysis of cash flow and forecast settlement schedule.
- Process intercompany settlements and reconciliations.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of AP/AR processes
- Experience in a high volume, pressured environment
- Experience processing invoices
- Ability to negotiate with 3rd parties
