Description
Responsibilities:
- Run Scripts to add neighbour
- Check site alarms
- Implement change request from optimization team
- Monitoring OMC KPI/KPI Analysis Daily/weekly/Monthly Report
- RF technical support, troubleshooting
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of 2G OMC/OSS working experience with in NSN technologies
- Familiar with Siemens/NSN radio commander tool and capable to execute the database commands for frequency and radio parameter changes
- Basic ability of 2G RF troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Optimization procedure
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunication or related field of study
- Be excellent in communication in English
- Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer
