Procure to Pay transformation programme launched a new end user support model in Europe & North America in April. This is being rolled out to AAR region throughout the remainder of 2013. My client must produce basic stakeholder materials on how the model will operate so they can endorse it with their colleagues and peers. They need to produce self-help content and functional content (customer scripts and self-help materials) for end users and support teams on the new Support model, query management tool and their role within it.

The support model covers two main process areas: "Procure to Pay" and "Travel and Expenses."

Supporting and developing the end-to-end communications, my high profile FMCG client is looking for an experienced Communications Manager to further deploy a robust comms plan constructed from the change impact analysis. This role is for a true thoroughbred when it comes to global comms and business change initiatives.

Whilst there must be a degree of technical writing capabilities, it is essential that the successful candidate understands business change from an operational perspective too. Their efforts must user-focused and well planned to ensure there is a positive end user experience which is considered very important for this programme too. Our end users need to feel that their issue/query are being resolved by an experienced and component person.

Essential
. Must have Global experience across Comms and Business Change to understand diverse cultures and way-of-working
. Extensive experience of technical writing but also user-focused comms deliveries
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Conversant with IT systems
. Strong editing and proofreading skills
. Excellent planning skills
. Solid writing skills so they can deliver clear, targeted messages to employees across all channels
. They also must have strong people skills and the ability to communicate with and influence employees at all levels in the organization
. Exceptional computer skills and have experience in programs such as Microsoft Office
