This is an excellent opportunity for a team of 365 supporters to join a leading banking client in Denmark.

The ideal candidate should conform to the following skill set and be expected to carry out the following duties:

Job description:
The Client is going through a Notes to Outlook migration in O365. As part of this we expect a major impact on the Service Desk. The migration events will run through the weekend, and we would expect the Service Desk calls during the week.
1st level support (functional use of mail/calendar and Lync, technical troubleshooting in Outlook office 365, escalation to 2nd level support).

The working hours will be adjusted to the time zone of the migrated countries

Required skills:
Outlook, preferable also insight in O365 migration. 1st level support in Service Desk. Knowledge of Remedy is preferable.
