Customer Manager - Financial Services - Birmingham
My client requires a Customer Manager to work on a major change programme in Birmingham. Customer Managers will work as part of a team engaging with over 20,0000 customers. The purpose of the role is to explain to customers face to face/by telephone the process and changes their accounts/customer service approach will undergo coupled with other planned changes.
