Fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to work on a high profile Technology Change Programme. This is a strategic and tactical organisational change in a large technology Program.

- Excellent verbal and inter-personal communication skills, with an ability to interact and engage comfortably with Program stakeholders of all seniority levels, including Program and Divisional leadership team members
- Communications management experience/background within a technology environment.
- Experience of driving Program team engagement as part of a senior Program leadership team
- Strong ability to work with a wide range of data and program documents and analyse and synthesise key messages and statistics, tailoring to audience as appropriate in business-focussed language
- Strong written language and grammar skills
- A proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach to managing workload and strong prioritisation skills
