Key Skills: Change Management/Senior Change Manager/French/Dutch
One of the strongest banking groups in the world is looking for a fluent French and English speaking Change Manager to work within the Strategic Management department on an initial 3 month contract based in Brussels.
As 'Change Driver' you will work in very close collaboration with project managers acting as a change expert to challenge and help define change management plans related to the project.
You will have a proven record of Change Management principles and methodologies and a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. You will also have experience with large-scale organisational change and a familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.
